    The straight to gradually curving stems of Selago corymbosa may not rebranch much above the base, resulting in the open, sparse shrub structure. The stems are hairy.

    The plant in the photo has turned partly yellowish, seen in the Salmonsdam Nature Reserve (Euston-Brown and Kruger, 2023; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; Gledhill, 1981; http://plantnet.rbgsyd.nsw.gov.au).
