The Disa dracomontana flower sometimes has colour differences among its tepals. The flower in picture has a darker, purple lip. It is flat and round-tipped, protruding between the lateral sepals near the base. The white above may belong to the lateral petals that flank the column inside the dorsal sepal (the hood or galea) or are the sides of the hood itself.
There are pointed spur-like tips on the lateral sepals called apiculi. The spur is behind the flower emerging horizontally from the dorsal sepal, up to 5 mm long (iNaturalist; https://www.selinawamucii.com; https://www.worldfloraonline.org).
