The palmately lobed leaves of Geranium robustum grow on stalks of about 10 cm. The blades are incised to the base into between three and seven lobes, often five. In picture the lobes are shallowly channelled. The leaf lobes are also deeply divided, their margins in picture roundly toothed or scalloped, often turned or curved up, but irregularly. Leaf diameter is 5 cm, occasionally up to double that.
Silky hairs colour the upper leaf surfaces whitish, particularly the central parts. The lower leaf surfaces are even more thickly hairy (Manning, 2009; Pooley, 1998; iNaturalist).
