    Romulea camerooniana flower

    Romulea camerooniana flower
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Judd Kirkel Welwitch

The pink Romulea camerooniana flower has six similar tepals in two whorls of three. Dark lines are variably distinct up the petals from the cup’s lemon-yellow part into the outcurving pink parts.

Three orange yellow, oblong anthers are erect with hooked tips in the flower centre. The style is not yet conspicuous (iNaturalist; JSTOR; https://www.pacificbulbsociety.org).
