Aristea torulosa flowers with curving petals

The flowers of Aristea torulosa don’t always spread equally widely. Flower colour varies from pale to dark blue and mauve. The bracts are translucent with dark keels (Manning, 2009; Germishuizen and Clarke, 2003; Pooley, 1998; Van Wyk and Malan, 1997; iNaturalist).
