The blue green to bright green, succulent leaves of Hereroa glenensis are finger-like, growing in opposing pairs. They curve in slightly as they reduce in thickness to pointed tips, mostly pointing up. The leaves are between cylindrical and flat-faced to channelled on the inside, the keels mostly rounded.

Leaf dimensions are from 2,5 cm to 4 cm long and from 5 mm to 8 mm wide (Smith, et al, 1998; iNaturalist; https://www.botanikks.com).
