    The orange patches on the Hebenstretia dura corollas are nearly oblong and flat-topped here. They may also be absent or bigger and coloured redder. Some plants have flowers with yellow or purple corollas.

    The four lobes at the white end of the one-lipped corolla are round-tipped. They are often not all erect, particularly the central pair that tend to fold back (Pooley, 1998; iNaturalist; https://www.worldfloraonline.org).
