The rose, pinkish magenta or mauve flowers of Indigofera denudata grow on short stalks in racemes from leaf axils. The racemes are up to 5 cm long.
The banner petal of each flower is broad and rounded, recurving variably. The wing petals are close in length to the keel that they flank. The wings are sometimes angled out, sometimes having a margin curving out. The flowers have no scent. Flower length is from 7 mm to 9 mm.
Flowering happens all year round, less in the colder season.
The pods are hairy in their early stages. They become up to 4 cm long, less than 4 mm wide (Euston-Brown and Kruger, 2023; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist; https://pza.sanbi.org).
