Erica articularis anther shapes

When Erica articularis flowers flaunt their pollen in mature flowers, different shapes of the brown anther bodies show themselves. Stamens are exserted in only some of the E. articularis plants. Only four of the eight anthers are usually seen, the other four positioned lower in the corolla urn. The style is also included in the flower.
