The white, sometimes pinkish flowers of Carissa bispinosa grow in stem-tip clusters on short stalks. The corolla tube is long and slender, up to 9 mm long. The five spreading corolla lobes around the small flower mouth is up to 5 mm long. The lobes are oblong with rounded or pointed tips that sometimes recurve. The lobes overlap each other to the left.

The fragrant flowers appear from late winter to early autumn (Coates Palgrave, 2002; Van Wyk and Van Wyk, 1997; Pooley, 1993; iNaturalist).
