Dombeya pulchra leaves alternate, the central blade lobe not always so well-developed with attenuating tip. Even the lateral lobes beside the tip are more pointed in the photo than sometimes seen. The basal leaf lobes are large and rounded. The marginal teeth are small and uneven.
The leaf veining is greenish cream. Seven veins usually emerge from the base, the midrib dominant. The veins into the lateral lobe-tips also branch but only on the outside and not as much as the midrib.
Some petioles in picture are green, others red (Coates Palgrave, 2002; iNaturalist).
