This floral stem-tip of the assumed Aizoon plant has different-sized, jewel-like water cells on leaf, bract, ovary and perianth outside surface, amidst a profusion of hairs.
Only the fleshy insides of the perianth lobes and the stamens are hairless in picture.
About ten stamens, some of them by now antherless, surround the also spreading four style branches in the flower centre (Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist).
