The ray florets of this Euryops speciosissimus head are variously contorted, especially near the tips they try to hide. Nearly oblong, the rays widen slightly from the base, the widest part in some cases above halfway to the tip. Surface unevenness on the rays is mainly about two longitudinal channels from base to tip.
Stems and peduncles are cylindrical, while the narrow leaves are channelled above, seen on the bigger parts (Manning, 2007; iNaturalist; http://pza.sanbi.org).
