Access to treasure houses like this mountain slope is controlled, but not ruled out. Without maintenance procedures people may ruin the bits of nature specially protected for them and their children. Visitors may through exuberance or lack of experience harm themselves by falling or being caught in unforeseen inclement weather conditions. Public land often has walkways and low cost (or no cost) permits for visitors to enjoy and learn.

Citizens are more than just anyone as they co-own public places as proven by their protective behaviour and rule abiding regarding shared heritage sites.
