    Curio ficoides inflorescences grow at stem-tips. An inflorescence comprises several flowerheads on branched stalks.

    The brittle stems of the plant soon lose their lower leaves, reducing the mass to be carried and depending on young leaves for services.

    Flowering happens in autumn and winter (Smith, et al, 2017; Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; iNaturalist).
