The Drosera capensis leaf hairs are dark red, about equal in length and positioned as fringes along the leaf margins. The leaves are otherwise smooth and pale yellow green.
The leaf petioles are long, flattened like the blades but slightly narrower, in parts greener than the blades in picture. Graceful curving is a leaf option.
The globules tipping the glandular hairs are transparent and watery on the plant in the photo, sometimes dark and opaque (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Bean and Johns, 2005; iNaturalist).
