Pelargonium citronellum leaf veins

The characteristic Pelargonium citronellum leaves presented on long petioles flaunt quilt-like patches among sunken veins spreading palmately. Smaller secondary veins extend the distribution lines across the pale green surfaces. Seen from below, all these juice conveying facilities protrude prominently.

Pointy lobes and obscure marginal teeth simultaneously relate to and distinguish from the generic Pelargonium leaf features (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
