    These dull dark green and pale-striped leaves growing from a rock crevice near the Sani Pass could not be identified. The most likely answer appears to be Eriospermum, maybe Eriospermum cooperi. But the leaf colour and stripes remain baffling.

    Unfortunately, no further information about the plants is available. The photo is added because the plants are interesting, they exist and an identification or explanation may one day be obtained.
