Gladiolus robertsoniae is a slender plant flowering white in open grassland. Its spring flowers arrive at the end of the dry season when the grasses are still growing. To achieve this, they live in the moister parts of the grassy plains (Goldblatt and Manning, 1998; iNaturalist).
