    The broad-leaved choral tree has large, ovate leaflets. The woolly hairiness and net-veining on the grey-green surfaces are usually clear to see.

    The lower surface is also hairy, but the overall hairiness diminishes as the leaves age. The lateral leaflets are smaller than the terminal one. The leaf-tips are rounded and the margins entire (Coates Palgrave, 2002; Pooley, 1993; iNaturalist).
