The flowers of Crassula alba var. parvisepala are rose red in colour. The specific name of parvisepala indicates small sepals. The structure of the inflorescence is similar to that of C. alba var. alba with flat top and branching to spread widely.

A few sparsely scattered flowers in the inflorescence open with white inside surfaces of the corolla among the predominant red ones. The flowers with their reflexed petals are smaller than those of C. alba var. alba (iSpot).
