    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Judd Kirkel Welwitch

The branched clusters of Helichrysum felinum flowerheads may be flat-topped or slightly domed as in the photo. Bigger clusters with more branching do occur. The heads lose their initial pink colouring as they mature, becoming white or creamy white, the disc florets in the centre yellow.

This plant was seen in Bainskloof during October (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Moriarty, 1997; iNaturalist; iSpot).
