    Chlorophytum crispum leaf rosette

    Chlorophytum crispum leaf rosette
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer:

The leaves of Chlorophytum crispum grow in a spreading ground-level rosette. The leaf shape is lanceolate, leaves tapering to their acute tips. Leaf margins are wavy and fringed with short white hairs. The grey-green leaf surfaces are neatly lined with parallel, longitudinal stripes, dark green in colour (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2010; Gledhill, 1981).
