The leaves of Pelargonium incrassatum grow in a basal tuft to rosette. They are deeply and irregularly incised into larger and smaller lobes, their margins elaborately rounded. The leaves are up to about 14 cm long.

The dark green, soft surfaces are silvery from whitish hairs, particularly noticeable near the margins. The blades fold in slightly along midribs and main veins into lobe tips (Manning, 2009; Le Roux, et al, 2005; Eliovson, 1990; iNaturalist).
