The sessile (stalkless) leaves of Euryops tysonii are alternate to overlapping on the stems. They are closely set and ascending to spreading.

The elliptic leaf-shape tapers to an acutely pointed tip, the margins usually entire. The generally hairless blade is slightly fleshy to leathery, glossy green to a dull pale green or grey-green. There may be white woolliness near the base and in the axil.

The midrib is a small groove on the upper surface; other veining obscure or invisible. Leaf dimensions are 1 cm to 3 cm long and 2 mm to 8 mm wide (Manning, 2009; Pooley, 1998; iNaturalist).
