Leucospermum oleifolium

The flowerheads of Leucospermum oleifolium may be neither the biggest in the genus nor the most well known, but in their prime they are quite spectacular. The young pale yellow ones are seen here in the same clusters with the older, bright, orange-red ones at Kirstenbosch.
