The succulent leaves of Aloe knersvlakensis are long and triangular or lance-shaped, curving up strongly with negligible or no out-curving of the tips. The leaves are pale green to blue-green; purplish red also appears, possibly associated with seasonal growing conditions.
Brown-red marginal teeth are well-spaced but no spines occur on either leaf surface. Very few scattered white spots are visible on the outer surfaces of the leaves, while a dense covering of spots may occur only low down on the inner surfaces (www.cabdirect.org).
