This roundish and dense Crassula tecta flowerhead gives a glimpse into an open flower. The heads are about 1,5 cm in diameter. The pale yellow stamens appear triangular from above. They are lower than the corolla lobes, i.e. not exserted. These white petal lobes have tip shapes between rounded and pointed, more to the latter. The tubular corolla is about 4 mm, much longer than the inconspicuous, pinkish sepals around its base.
The cylindrical flower stalk is thickish, pale grey with a faint hint of pink. The flower stalk emerges from the centre of the leaf rosette.
Bloomtime is autumn and winter (Euston-Brown and Kruger, 2023; Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; iNaturalist).
