Microloma sagittatum, commonly in Afrikaans bokhorinkies (little antelope horns) or melkblommetjie (little milk flower), is a slender climbing shrublet reaching heights around 1 m.

It grows many thin, rambling, green stems, narrow leaves and small clusters of pinkish red flowers.

The species is found from Namaqualand in the Northern Cape to the Western Cape across the Karoo and the Little Karoo to Willowmore in the Eastern Cape.

The habitat is fynbos, renosterveld and succulent Karoo in rocky, loam soil. The habitat population is deemed of least concern early in the twenty first century.

The plant is so heavily browsed that the presence of mature plants indicate good veld management (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Manning, 2009; iNaturalist; http://redlist.sanbi.org).
