    The flowers of Oxalis caprina grow long-stalked in small umbel-shaped clusters from shared, slender and hairy peduncles. The pointed sepals are small.

    The tubular corolla has five oblong to rounded petal lobes that spread. Flower colour is pale lilac or white. Flowering takes place in autumn. The photo was taken early in June (Privett and Lutzeyer, 2010; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
