The flowers of Pelargonium abrotanifolium grow in unbranched inflorescences, each comprising one to five flowers.
The flower has a long calyx tube and a short peduncle. There are five acutely pointed and hairy sepals, the cup about 3 cm long. Stamens with white filaments and pale lilac anthers are visible.
Flowering happens throughout the year, more after rain (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
