These Salvia disermas leaves are yellowish green to pale green and minutely quilted on the rough upper surfaces. The midrib is sunken or lacking the quilting protrusions. There are a few in-curving, ascending lateral veins upon the blades.
The narrowly lanceolate leaf has a rounded tip and lobed base, square upon the hairy stalk. The margins are bluntly, unevenly toothed (Manning, 2009; iNaturalist).
