The leaves of Solanum campylacanthum subsp. panduriforme are lance-shaped with entire margins that are occasionally wavy. The leaves taper to bluntly pointed tips and taper at the base. The upper leaf surfaces are just slightly darker coloured than the lower ones, while hairiness is everywhere on stalks and leaves, particularly on the lower surfaces (Pooley, 1998; Van Wyk and Malan, 1997; iSpot).
