The four yellow Tetragonia reduplicata perianth segments, the petals of the open flower in picture, are ovate with pointed tips and convex upper surfaces.
Many stamens make up the central cluster. They consist of haphazardly curving, yellow filaments and yellow anthers. Each anther has two oblong lobes, often not quite straight.
The outer surfaces of the opening bud segments to the left are pale orange, the wings of the inferior ovary purplish (iNaturalist).
