These Zaluzianskya benthamiana flowers present their spreading corolla lobes on long, erect tubes to sun, pollinator and camera. A deep yellow patch at the mouth is surrounded by the cream coloured lobes. A thin dark line bisects the top of the deep-coloured basal patch on each lobe in picture.
Flowers may also be pale yellow, occasionally bright yellow. The hairiest plant parts in the photo are the calyces.
The occasional to rare teeth on leaf margins are on show here, the margins rolled under (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Le Roux, et al, 2005; iNaturalist).
