The involucre of an Ursinia anthemoides flowerhead has a rounded cup-shape, here consisting of about four rows of bracts. The bracts in the outer rows are about triangular with pointed tips and dark margins. The innermost row has membranous tips.

The stalk is finely, longitudinally ridged (Manning, 2007; Manning and Goldblatt, 1996; iNaturalist).
