The narrowly lance-shaped leaves of Diosma pedicellata ascend spiralling up the stems on longish, here creamy yellow petioles.
The dark green to yellow-green upper surfaces of the blades are less hairy than the whitish lower ones. The visible lower surface is only a narrow whitish groove, almost concealed by the rolled under margins. The leaf-tips are blunt to pointed.
The purplish to brown-red stems are also finely covered in very short hairs (Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
