    The stem leaves of Disa intermedia overlap and decrease on the way up, then grade further into the floral bracts subtending the flowers. Leaf-shape is narrowly lanceolate. The leaf surfaces are shiny green above, paler below and hairless (www.sntc.org.sz; www.sntc.org.sz).
