Cheiridopsis denticulata

Cheiridopsis denticulata forms its dense clump of pale, paired leaves on short branches here in the open on a sandy flat among Namaqualand Klipkoppe. The pale open flowers fade into deep coppery colours under the August sun (Smith, et al, 1998).
