Hermannia amabilis leaves

The simple leaves of Hermannia amabilis are opposite and stalked. Leaves are usually seen only at lower levels of the flowering plants. The stems, leaves and petioles are hairy.

The long, narrow leaves are linear in shape. They taper to acutely pointed tips, straight or sometimes curving down slightly. The margins have variably spaced, very slight or shallow teeth.
