The dainty, white to pale pink flower of Hermannia amabilis have greenish, cone-shaped to funnel-shaped, hairy calyces ending in five acutely tipped sepal lobes.
The five square-tipped, rectangular petal lobes spread widely from a longish, narrow tube, dark inside with a red-striped mouth.
