Corymbium villosum, commonly known in Afrikaans as heuningbossie (little honey bush) and previously as C. hirsutum scientifically, is a tufted perennial reaching 30 cm in height. The stems are hairy and the ribbed leaves are 1 cm wide and covered in gland-tipped hairs.

The species is distributed in the west of the Western Cape from the Cederberg to Bredasdorp and Swellendam.

The habitat is lower fynbos slopes and flats in sandstone derived soils. The habitat population is deemed of least concern early in the twenty first century (Manning, 2007; Bean and Johns, 2005; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist; http://redlist.sanbi.org).
