The three-foliolate leaves of Otholobium bracteolatum grow alternate on short petioles and short petiolules. Fringed, glandular stipules are present.

The symmetrical leaflets are wedge-shaped to obovate, the widest parts nearer the tips than the bases. The blades are dark green and glandular with midribs and ascending lateral veins slightly sunken on the upper surfaces (Privett, 2022; Privett and Lutzeyer, 2010; Manning, 2007; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist; https://pza.sanbi.org).
