Otholobium bracteolatum leaflets have pale midribs and few about straight, ascending lateral veins. There may be translucence in the sometimes conspicuous net-veining and some scattered blade dots. Young leaves may be lighter coloured to yellowish and hairy. The leaflet tips are often turned down, sometimes with a clear mucro or sharp point protruding (Privett, 2022; Privett and Lutzeyer, 2010; Manning, 2007; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist; https://pza.sanbi.org).
