The leaves of Dyschoriste rogersii are opposite, growing on short petioles.

The leaf-shape is ovate to elliptic or obovate, tapering to a rounded or pointed tip. The sides of the leaf fold in, often more so nearer the tip. The leaf margins are more often entire than toothed, more often straight than wavy. The leaf may arch down along its midrib. Leaf surfaces are grey-green and smooth with a hint of dull shine (Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iSpot; www.sntc.org.sz; https://wildflowernursery.co.za; http://redlist.sanbi.org).
