Convolvulus farinosus flower

The flowers of Convolvulus farinosus grow stalked in clusters of up to six from leaf axils.

The funnel-shaped corolla is five-angled and shallowly five-lobed with small tip attenuation and pleats down the lobe centres. Flower colour is white or pale pink. In picture there is some green in the corolla base, its margin curving in just visibly at the top. The outside of the corolla is hairy. Corolla diameter is about 1,5 cm.

The style divides into two thread-like, erect branches, purplish in picture. They reach about the height of the corolla that is wide around it at that point. The five stamens around the style are notably shorter on pinkish filaments. They have curved, oblong anthers, here black and white.
