The corolla eye markings in the centre of Geissorhiza ovata flowers are quite variable in shape, colour and size. Here they are fairly modest, restricted to short, dark lines. The central line on each tepal is longest and thin, collectively they blacken the throat.

In the flower centre a darkened golden brown colouring is faintly visible inside the longish corolla tube.

The tepal lobes are about white here, without the pale pink that also occurs in flowers of the species (Curtis-Scott, et al, 2020; Manning, 2009; iNaturalist).
