Glumicalyx lesuticus few stems

The slender Glumicalyx lesuticus plant in picture has produced few stems, nearly erect in their upper parts. The stems are faintly white-haired, glossy and dark red to brown. Stems of this plant are normally from 10 cm to 35 cm long.

The bell-shaped flower clusters at the stem-tips are calyx-dominated, tipped with coloured petal parts.
