    Author: Ivan Lätti

Pale bluish mauve, these Pseudoselago flowers do not have orange patches on the upper petal lobe pair. They may be Pseudoselago serrata, but the leaves were not seen to be sure. The central petal lobe on the lower lip is longer than the laterals. Opposite them is a pair of equal, also shorter lobes. All five lobes are round-tipped.

The anthers to be seen are dark grey, exserted on what appears as pale translucent filaments.

The two pollinators in the photo are likely to ignore each other. Monkey beetles and moths are both known visitors to Pseudoselago flowers, the latter often after dark (Manning, 2007; iNaturalist).
