    Brachystelma circinatum may branch or grow a single stem. The soft leaves are covered in whitish hairs. Leaves are ovate in shape with entire margins and tapering apices.

    The insides of the narrow lobes of the flowers are white, on some flowers red-brown, also finely hairy (Smith, et al, 2017; iNaturalist; www.asclepiad-exhibition.org).
